JaKay (Jay) Matheny Sr., LCSW is the founder of J L Matheny Solutions, LLC, where he provides counseling, coaching, and professional development services. A proud military veteran, JaKay brings values of service, leadership, and resilience into his work with individuals and organizations.

He earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Austin Peay State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in psychotherapy, resilience, stress management, and leadership training.

In addition to counseling, JaKay is a sought-after public speaker and workshop facilitator, equipping people with practical tools to thrive personally and professionally. His mission is simple: to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
